    To register as a first-time user, follow the steps below:

    • Enter your Member Number in the ‘Username’ field
    • Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number in the ‘Password’ field
    • Follow the prompts that allow you to change both the User ID and Password

    If you experience any issues, please call our Member Contact Center at 423.229.8200 or 1.800.999.2328.

    First-time users will need to contact an ECU Representative by calling (423) 229.8200 or (800) 999.2328 to have their online account set up.
