Extended Rate Lock Option*

While most lenders will only lock your mortgage interest rate for 60 days, ECU offers a 90-day rate lock for relocation members.

Competitive Interest Rate for "Jumbo" Loans*

ECU offers very competitive rates for loans exceeding the conforming market amount. In addition to the already low rate, relocation members will receive the rewards discount.

Low and No Down Payment Options*

Saving money for a down payment on your new home can be difficult. ECU offers mortgage products with low or no down payment options.

No Upfront Fees

The expense of relocation can be significant; therefore at ECU, we do not require upfront fees to apply or lock your interest rate. The fees associated with your mortgage loan will be collected at closing. Based on your employer, ECU also offers direct reimbursement of employer-paid closing costs.
