      ECU PhoneLink allows you to access your account by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using a touch tone phone. You can check balances, transfer funds, make loan payments and much more via this convenient service.

      To use ECU PhoneLink, simply call (423) 229.6767 or (800) 999.2328 and choose option 1 for account access. If you have never used ECU PhoneLink before, you will need to call (423) 229.8200 or (800) 999.2328 during normal business hours to request activation.

      ECU PhoneLink features a voice guided menu that is customized for each member based on your account structure. Members can press or speak their selection or simply speak a variety of commands and the system will respond.
