They are equipped with headphones and Braille features to assist members who are blind or visually impaired. You can send your deposit to ECU via ECU Online without ever visiting an ECU branch. Not only are Online Deposits convenient, but this service is also free and secure.

Text Message Banking
Communicate with ECU the same way you communicate with family and friends - via text messaging.
You’ll be able to check account balances and transactions within seconds by sending a simple text message. Text Message Banking works through your established ECU Online account, and it’s free2.
Not only is Text Message Banking convenient and free, but it is also secure. You can complete enrollment by logging into ECU Online with your password. The activation code is sent to your mobile phone while logged into ECU Online, verifying that the phone number provided belongs to you.

ECU’s Member Contact Center is available (7:30 AM EST - 5:30 PM EST) by calling 800.999.2328. Additionally, you can contact your local branch office. Deaf or hearing-impaired members can dial 711 to connect with a Relay operator.
Our branches are designed to meet the required standards for accessibility. We also can make special accommodations on a case-by-case basis to help members who need additional assistance due to a disability. We welcome service animals trained to assist owners with disabilities. Service animals must be under the owner’s direct control and must not disrupt ECU’s business or create an immediate risk to other members. Most branches have accessible entrances, designated accessible parking spaces, and curb cuts and ramps.
