Pay With Points is a real-time redemption program where you can pay with points you’ve already earned on your ECU Platinum Preferred Visa® credit card¹. With a minimum of 5,000 points, you can pay for specific transactions immediately after purchase!

How it Works

Pay With Points through a 1-click redemption.

1. Make everyday purchases with your ECU Platinum Preferred Visa® credit card
2. We'll notify you immediately via email or text message offering redemption when a qualified purchase is made
3. Respond within 24 hours to pay with your points for that purchase
4. A statement credit will then be applied back to your card for that exact amount

Manage Pay With Points

Conveniently manage Pay With Points in the ECU Credit Card Rewards Site

1. Login to ECU.org,  Select Additional Services tab, Click Credit Card Rewards (In ECU Mobile app, click More)
2. In the ECU Credit Card Rewards site, Select My Account, My Profile, then click Pay With Points

Within the Pay With Points Site, you can:

• Redeem points for eligible purchases made within the last 45 days
• View prior transactions that have been paid with points previously
• Manage notification preferences
